Phase 1 – Initial Contact

By the end of this conversation, we aim to provide you with a clear path forward and a scheduled time to meet in person, ensuring your project begins with momentum and professional guidance.

Phase 2 – Follow-up & Appt. Confirmation
Preparation is the key to a productive partnership for a luxury renovation. Once your in-person meeting is set, we don’t just wait for the date to arrive; we help you prepare for it. You will receive a formal confirmation along with a curated list of discovery questions designed to help you organize your thoughts.
Our goal is to walk into your home with a clear understanding of your priorities so we can spend our time together focused on solutions, timelines, and the creative possibilities of your space. We take the ‘guesswork’ out of the starting gate, ensuring we are both fully prepared to hit the ground running.

Phase 3 – In-person Meeting

This is where your vision begins to take physical shape. Our first visit to your home is a comprehensive consultation designed to bridge the gap between ideas and execution. We don’t just take measurements; we study the flow, lighting, and structural integrity of your space to ensure our proposal is as accurate as it is inspired.
By utilizing advanced Polyscan technology, we create a precise 3D digital rendition of your room. This eliminates the ‘human error’ found in traditional sketching and allows us to discuss timelines and phases with absolute confidence. Our goal is for you to finish this meeting not just with a plan, but with the peace of mind that your home is in the hands of experts who care about the details as much as you do.
- The first in-person meeting at your home is one of the most crucial steps.
- During this meeting, we cover the following:
- Discuss your project, vision, expectations, etc.
- Take pictures
- Gather measurements
- Perform a polyscan if applicable. A polyscan creates a 3D digital rendition of the space, including measurements.
- We also discuss the project in terms of phases, timeline, etc.
- Our goal is that you feel confident in our abilities and comfortable with us.
Phase 4 – Proposal
We create a detailed proposal for your luxury renovation.
A professional proposal should do more than just give you a price; it should provide a roadmap for your investment. We believe that ‘nitty-gritty’ details shouldn’t be a source of confusion, but a source of confidence. Our proposals are crafted to walk you through your project step-by-step, explaining the why behind every part and piece.
We stand by a policy of full transparency. This means you receive a comprehensive breakdown of costs and materials, ensuring there are no surprises down the road. We don’t just send a document and wait; we are here to review every line item with you, making sure you feel fully informed and empowered to make the best decision for your home.
- After we have collected all information from the in-person meeting, we create a detailed proposal.
- We understand that the nitty-gritty of parts and pieces may be confusing. So, we create a proposal that walks you through the project. However, we do believe in full transparency, so we do include a detailed breakdown, so you have all the information.
- The proposal will be emailed to you, and if you have any questions or need us to review with you, we are more than happy to do so.
Phase 5 – Scheduling
Once we have officially partnered for your luxury renovation, our focus turns to seamless coordination. We believe that a luxury experience is defined by respect for your time and your property. After the initial logistics are finalized, we provide you with a clear project timeline so you know exactly what to expect and when.
This is also where we introduce you to your Private User Portal. We don’t believe you should have to wonder about the status of your home; through this dedicated platform, you can track real-time progress, view schedules, and communicate with our team 24/7. Our goal is to move from the planning phase to the build phase with total organizational clarity, ensuring you feel prepared and connected before the first tool ever hits the site.
- Once you have selected HEI for your project:
- We collect the down payment.
- We coordinate the scheduling of the project with you.
- We also go over the user portal we have created for you. This is where you can track progress and more.
Phase 6 – Project Start Through Completion
This is the phase of your luxury renovation where your vision becomes a reality. We understand that construction is a journey, and our goal is to make that journey as smooth and unobtrusive as possible. From the first day of demolition to the final coat of finish, we treat your home with the highest level of respect, maintaining a clean and organized job site.
Throughout the build, you are never left in the dark. You can track every milestone, view daily updates, and monitor the schedule through your Private User Portal. We pride ourselves on proactive communication, ensuring you are informed of progress, inspections, and upcoming steps. We don’t just manage the build; we manage the experience, ensuring the ‘doing’ phase is handled with the same precision and care as the planning phase.
- Now we get to the “Doing!”
- This process can include demolition, preparation, and the build, followed by finishes.
- During this phase, you can track everything through your user portal.
- We know communication is key! We consistently update you on the process and progress.
- This is also the phase when inspections may be required for certain construction projects.
Phase 7 – Final Walkthrough
The completion of your project is just as important to us as the start. Our final walkthrough is a dedicated session where we tour the finished space together to ensure every detail aligns with our standards of craftsmanship and your personal vision. We don’t consider a project finished until we have verified that every finish is flawless and every system is functioning perfectly.
This phase is about more than just a signature; it’s about ensuring you feel fully confident in the work we’ve delivered. We will review all project scopes, answer any remaining questions about your new space, and confirm that we have exceeded your expectations. Our relationship doesn’t end when the tools are packed—we stand by our work, ensuring your luxury renovation remains a source of pride for years to come.
- Once the project has been completed, we perform a final walkthrough with you.
- During this phase, we will review the project scope and confirm we have completed the project and delivered quality craftsmanship.
- With your final approval, you will sign off that the project has met completion.
- Again, we communicate with you and perform walkthroughs consistently throughout the project.
